Is the store audit really free?

Yes. We review your store, tell you what we’d fix and in what order, and send a written scope. You decide whether to go ahead.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

We quote the change in writing before doing it. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your approval.

Do retainers need a long contract?

No. Dedicated developer and care plans run month to month.

How do you invoice?

We invoice in USD from Betatech, LLC, a Delaware company.

Do you offer hourly work?

Yes: $85 an hour, in 10-hour blocks, for small one-off fixes. For anything larger, a fixed quote or a retainer works out cheaper per hour.
