## Problem

Subscribe & Save is the heart of Tikva’s business, and WooCommerce Subscriptions was holding it back. Moving to Sublium meant carrying every active subscriber across, with their schedules, payment methods and renewal history intact.

## Solution

We wrote a custom plugin to migrate every subscription into Sublium, built tracking plugins so subscription events reach the ad platforms, added custom Bricks Builder elements for the storefront, and now maintain the store.

## The business

[Tikva Drink](https://tikvadrink.com) sells daily heart-health drinks in the US. Most revenue comes from Subscribe & Save: customers get a delivery on a schedule, and can pause or cancel any time. If renewals stop, revenue stops, so the subscription system has to be dependable.

## Why move from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Sublium

Tikva wanted a subscription engine that gives customers more control and is easier for the team to run. Changing engines on a live store is risky. Every active subscriber has a renewal date, a saved payment method and an order history, and a mistake shows up as a missed delivery or a double charge.

## What we built

- **A custom migration plugin** that moved **more than 800 active subscriptions**. It reads each subscription from WooCommerce Subscriptions and recreates it in Sublium, keeping its schedule, products, payment method and history. We ran it on staging first and checked the results before moving any live subscriber.
- **Event tracking for subscriptions.** Standard pixel plugins don’t know about Sublium’s renewals and sign-ups. We built custom plugins that send those events through PixelYourSite, so ad platforms see real subscription conversions. A public version, EventRelay, is on [our WordPress.org profile](https://profiles.wordpress.org/betatech/).
- **Custom Bricks Builder elements,** so the Tikva team can build and edit storefront pages without touching code.

## Ongoing care

We still look after the store: plugin and WooCommerce updates tested on staging first, fixes, and new features as the product range grows.
