Do you test updates before applying them?
Yes. Updates are checked against your store’s critical paths, especially cart and checkout, rather than applied blindly.
What happens if the site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us and we start investigating straight away, then tell you what happened and what we changed.
Do you work with any host?
Yes. We work with managed WordPress hosts, VPS setups and cloud servers. If your host is the bottleneck, we’ll tell you.
Do you maintain Shopify stores?
Shopify handles hosting and core updates itself, so for Shopify we offer monthly developer time instead of a care plan.
